Here you’ll find Philippine payment rails described — the operators behind them, how they’re licensed, and their published limits, fees and settlement details. Every number here comes straight from the provider’s own domain or a Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas document, because affiliate sites copy payment figures more carelessly than nearly anything else on the internet. Rather than bundling several together, this site gives each entry its own page, 6 in total. If a field above says “not published”, the entry’s own page sets out who would have needed to publish it.

Each entry in a paragraph

Enough detail on each to tell which page deserves a click.

Bank Transfer, in detail

Operator: Both clearing houses fall under Philippine Payments Management, Inc., which operates them with BSP oversight; the transfers themselves get executed by BSP-supervised banks and e-money issuers individually.

Wallet limits simply don’t apply to this rail, and that’s why the field says not applicable rather than blank.

On gambling transactions, Bank Transfer takes no published position. Permission is a different thing entirely; merchant-category rules are applied all the time without publication, and declines can happen with no public rule behind them.

The InstaPay entry

Operator: Philippine Payments Management, Inc., overseeing the automated clearing house under BSP supervision.

Wallet limits simply don’t apply to this rail, and that’s why the field says not applicable rather than blank.

InstaPay publishes no position on gambling transactions. Permission is a different thing entirely; merchant-category rules are applied all the time without publication, and declines can happen with no public rule behind them.

GCash, in detail

Operator: G-Xchange, Inc. operates under Mynt, which itself resulted from Globe Fintech Innovations and Ayala Corporation forming a joint venture.

Published limit: At the Fully Verified tier, the limit is PHP 100,000, measured at any given moment.

On gambling: No blanket ban on gambling merchants exists in GCash’s own terms and conditions; the closest applicable clause instead bars pyramid and Ponzi schemes.

Maya, in detail

Operator: Smart Money became PayMaya Philippines, which is now Maya Philippines, Inc.

Published limit: Basic starts the scale at PHP 50,000 monthly, moving up to PHP 100,000 for Upgraded, PHP 500,000 for Super Users, and PHP 5,000,000 for Ultimate Users..

On gambling: Reading Maya’s e-wallet terms and conditions directly turned up no gambling clause, only broad bans on illegal activity and anti-money-laundering breaches.

PESONet explained

Operator: The clearing switch operator designated by Philippine Payments Management, Inc. is the Philippine Clearing House Corporation.

Wallet limits simply don’t apply to this rail, and that’s why the field says not applicable rather than blank.

PESONet publishes no position on gambling transactions. Permission is a different thing entirely; merchant-category rules are applied all the time without publication, and declines can happen with no public rule behind them.

The Debit and Credit Cards entry

Operator: Domestic debit runs on BancNet, while international schemes belong to Visa and Mastercard.

Wallet limits simply don’t apply to this rail, and that’s why the field says not applicable rather than blank.

On gambling: A search turned up no Philippine-specific statement from BSP, Visa or Mastercard on gambling transactions.

The thing most often got wrong here

There’s no single comparable figure behind a wallet limit. A balance ceiling at any given time is what GCash publishes; Maya, meanwhile, publishes a monthly total. Since those measure different things, a table lining up PHP 100,000 against PHP 100,000 as though equivalent is comparing a bucket to a tap.

Each page names which of the two it quotes. One limit is triggered by holding money, another by moving it, and no table formatting bridges that gap.

Look up payment methods details within the game itself.

On a site like this, payment figures age faster than anything else. A couple of minutes is all it takes to recheck any of them:

  1. Check the provider’s own help centre rather than relying on a comparison page. All three — GCash, Maya and Grab — publish limits and terms on their own domains, and all three revised them in the last two years.
  2. See which tier a quoted limit belongs to. Most wallet figures you see in circulation are top-tier numbers presented as if they fit a new account, when a new account is actually on the bottom tier.
  3. Go to the BSP FAQ PDFs for InstaPay and PESONet details rather than to a bank. At the scheme level is where the per-transaction cap and who pays the fee get set, so a bank’s own page covers only its own charges.
  4. Read the full acceptable use policy from the provider for anything involving gambling and payments. It’s the terms of service, not a help article, where GrabPay’s prohibition lives — the plainest statement any of these providers gives.
  5. Every figure on these pages should be treated as dated September 2026. Every page states the source it came from, precisely for this reason.

Using these payment methods at LOVEJILI

  1. Sign in at LOVEJILI and open the cashier.
  2. Look at what the cashier lists for your account and pick a method, noting the limits shown.
  3. Make sure the name on your LOVEJILI account matches the name on your bank or wallet.
  4. Verify the amount, then keep the reference number handy until the balance updates.

FAQ

Which of these payment rails publishes anything about gambling transactions?

GCash, Maya, Debit and Credit Cards. The clearest rule belongs to GrabPay, and it's a prohibition — its acceptable use policy bars casino games and sports betting except where registered with the appropriate government agency.

How come no page here shows a deposit minimum?

Because a deposit minimum is set by the operator's cashier, not by the payment rail, and no LOVEJILI cashier was checked during research. Putting a number there would mean inventing one.

Are these figures current?

This is a snapshot taken in September 2026. Because payment providers change limits and fees without notice, each page names the source provider page so the figure can be verified again.

Does GCash work for funding a casino account?

GCash's terms don't blanket-ban gambling merchants, but in August 2025 BSP ordered every supervised institution to strip in-app gambling links, and thousands of merchants abusing GCash's QR system have been blocked. That does not amount to a published statement, one way or the other, about a licensed casino's cashier, and this site offers none.

Why does GrabPay stand apart from the other wallets covered here?

That's because it is the sole one with an explicit gambling ban written into its terms of service. GrabPay's own published stance contradicts any claim that it's a straightforward way to fund a casino account.

What sets InstaPay apart from PESONet?

Running around the clock, InstaPay settles in real time and sets a PHP 50,000 per-transaction cap on personal transfers. On banking days, PESONet clears in batches, with no cap set scheme-wide. Because InstaPay has a ceiling, larger transfers get pushed onto PESONet, and the amount is usually what decides which rail is used.
